Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site is run by MageHubExtensions. This policy also covers the other domains we run the same publisher application on.

To reach us about anything on this page, use the application form and write “privacy request” in the message field. It goes to the same team.

What we collect

When you apply to become a publishing partner, we collect what you type into the form: your name and company, your email, your WhatsApp number or Telegram handle if you give one, the site, extension or app you want to monetize, your approximate traffic volume, and anything you write in the free-text fields.

Some applications include optional follow-up questions about your business — the platforms you run, where your traffic comes from, which monetization providers you already use, how you heard about us. All of them are optional and leaving them blank does not affect your application.

Alongside that we record a few technical details: the Google click identifier and campaign tags if you arrived from one of our ads, which of our domains you were on, your browser's language and user-agent, the country your connection appears to come from, and the time you submitted. We do not store your full IP address with your application; our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs that do.

Why we use it

To review your application, decide whether we can work together, and get back to you about it — which is what you asked us to do by submitting it. We also use the click identifier to work out which of our ads bring in genuine applicants, and to keep automated and fraudulent submissions out.

We do not sell your data, and a person reviews every application — nothing about you is decided automatically.

Who sees it

Our partnerships team, through a private Telegram channel and our own server. Because applications reach us over Telegram, their content passes through Telegram's systems. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.

When an application turns into a qualified lead, we tell Google Ads that the click with a given identifier led to one. What we send is that identifier, a label, a timestamp and a number. Your name, email address and phone number are not sent to Google.

Some of these providers are outside the EEA and India; where data reaches them we rely on the standard contractual protections those providers offer.

Cookies

We load the Google tag so we can tell which advertising produced an application. It sets measurement cookies, including one recording the ad click that brought you here. We do not use cookies to build an advertising profile of you across other sites. Clearing or blocking them in your browser does not affect your application.

How long we keep it

Applications that do not lead to a partnership are deleted within two years of your last contact with us. If we do work together, we keep the records for as long as the partnership lasts and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it — including asking us not to contact you again. Send the request through the application form with “privacy request” in the message, and we will respond within a month. The same route serves as our grievance channel for applicants in India.

If you are in the EEA or the UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live. In India, that is the Data Protection Board.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
